In back-to-school 2018 – 2019, VUS organized Back to School Contest 2018 for more than 10,000 students who are studying in 18 Middle High Schools in the City.

Back To School Contest is the academic playground, organizing by VUS, to help students to strengthen their knowledges on many fields like science, history, geography, cultural and social events…

After finishing elimination round in schools, 336 of the best students representing for 18 high schools in the City attended the Final Round which was organized in 21/10/2018 at Ho Xuan Hương Sport Club, HCMC.

The sport club was stirred up by the excitement of the students due to the diversity of questions in terms of both topic and level.

After 2 matches, the winners are chosen:
– 1st prize (01 iPad and 01 Full Scholarship for 01 course at VUS): Tien Hoang Hai (Hoang Van Thu High School)

– 2nd prize (01 Samsung and 01 70% Scholarship for 01 course at VUS): Lam Kha Nhu (Hoang Van Thu High School)
– 3rd prize (01 Casio watch & 01 50% Scholarship for 01 course at VUS): Nguyen Cat Yen Khe (Hoang Van Thu High School).
– Consolation prize (01 charger kit & 01 30% Scholarship for 01 course at VUS): Huynh Do Minh Quan (Ngo Thoi Nhiem High School) and Pham Hoang Long (Hoang Van Thu High School).

– Team prize (5 million VND) belongs to Lam Son High School.

With Back to School Contest 2018, students had a chance to learn, play and compete with each other on their knowledge. Since then, they made friends and got many interesting experiences from their competitors.
